The problem

Comparing means measuring your life on someone else's axis.

Productivity apps add scores, streaks and leaderboards. They install exactly what Adler called a vertical relationship: an axis where you are necessarily above or below. A missed day becomes a fall.

Adlair removes the vertical axis. What remains is a horizontal line — yours, yesterday against today. An action can be done, tried, or “I forgive myself”. All three move the line forward.

How it works

Three gestures, repeated.

  1. 01

    Pick your life spheres

Health, creativity, relationships, serenity… One to three, no more. You can change them anytime.

  2. 02

    Set one micro-action

Under five minutes. The point is not performance, it is making the gesture obvious.

  3. 03

    Record what happened

Done, tried, or I forgive myself. Then a few journal lines if you feel like it.

Frequently asked

What is Adlerian psychology?

The approach of Alfred Adler (1870-1937), a contemporary of Freud. It looks at the goal rather than the cause: what matters is not what happened to you, but the use you make of it. It argues for horizontal relationships — neither above nor below — and the courage to be imperfect.

Is Adlair free?

Yes. Life spheres, micro-actions, the journal and the statistics are free and unlimited. The Premium subscription unlocks Alfred, the AI coach, and daily insights, with a 7-day free trial.

Is my data private?

Your journal entries and habits stay on your phone, in an encrypted database. No advertising trackers, no profile sold on.

How is Adlair different from habit trackers?

There is no score, no leaderboard, no comparison with other users. An action can be marked done, tried, or "I forgive myself" — because a missed day is part of the path, not a failure.
